How to Vote

There are 3 simple ways to vote safely for Jimmy Dagher in this by-election. For additional information, contact us at or 647-985-8945.

Vote by Mail

You can apply to vote by mail until 4pm on December 22nd.

Apply to vote by mail and check your voter information at or by calling 311.

Once you order a vote-by-mail package, it will be sent to your home address, where instructions will be included on how to complete your ballot.

Once you have voted for Jimmy Dagher, return the completed voting package by mail using the pre-paid envelope, or by hand to one of the following drop-box locations beginning January 8th.

  • Stephen Leacock Seniors Community Centre (2520 Birchmount Road)
  • L’Amoreaux Community Recreation Centre (2000 McNicoll Avenue)
This voting package must be received no later than 6pm on January 15th, 2021.

Early In-Person Voting

Advanced in-person voting polls are available from Friday January 8th to Sunday January 10th, between 10am and 6pm at the following locations:

  • Stephen Leacock Seniors Community Centre (2520 Birchmount Rd)
  • L'Amoreaux Community Recreation Centre (2000 McNicoll Ave)

Vote on Election Day

Who can vote?

You can vote in the Ward 22 Scarborough-Agincourt By-Election if you are:

A Canadian Citizen 

A resident in Ward 22 Scarborough-Agincourt OR

A non-resident of Toronto, but you or your spouse own or rent a property within the Ward.

At least 18 years old

You are not prohibited from voting under any law.
